Henry, of Hobbs House Butchery, is featured in today's Metro newspaper, read daily by 3.5m London commuters.  The Metro ran an article on Henry and his Scotch eggs in 2009, and today they wish to show how they set the trend by featuring this 'picnicking fodder', which continues to grow in popularity.  Obviously, Henry's Scotch eggs are the original and best;  check them out, warm in your hand and literally oozing deliciousness, at HOBBS HOUSE BUTCHERY, 39, High Street, Chipping Sodbury.
