We are Henry and Jess Herbert, and we are delighted to have taken on the running of this fantastic Family Butchery.

George Herbert, another descendant of that baking legacy we so cherish, joins the Hobbs House Bakery team.  Bringing a wealth of experience from his years working at the forefront of breaking technology, George adds a new dimension to the sales and business office, and a fine taste in good food.
