Fiona Beckett on Henry’s Butchery and BBQ Master Class

Fiona Beckett is an award-winning food and wine writer, one of the UK’s leading experts on food and drink matching, wine columnist for The Guardian and the author of 23 books on food, wine and beer. We were delighted to welcome Fiona on to Henry's Butchery and BBQ Master Class earlier this month.
