    New season Lamb shoulder from Jonathan Crump, cooked overnight in wild garlic vinegar with baby broad beans and white cabbage drizzled with salsa verde
    Pan Roasted Cornish Pollock with Welsh samphire, fennel & lentils

    Elderflower & gooseberry Arctic roll
    FBB Flourless chocolate cake with creme chantilly
