Fabulous Baker Brothers recipe featuring in the Bistro

Have you been catching the new series of the Fabulous Baker Brothers on More4?

If you love their show, you'll know how delicious their recipes are, and this week Hobbs House Bistro is using their buttermilk pannacotta with Easter biscuits for a taste of showbiz on the menu.

Also featuring on the season inspired menu will be a warm salad of confit veal heart with newly ready Jersey royals, char-grilled sprouting broccoli with lentils served with pickled walnut and Woefuldane's own Tinglestone cheese curd, and also roast wood pigeon or a steak cooked in the wood fired oven.
