Boxing Day Pizza

Presenting Tom & Henry’s Boxing Day Pizza recipe. The festive season is such a great time for food, though the day after Christmas inevitably there are always leftovers. Enter the Boxing Day Pizza. From toppings such as turkey, cranberry sauce and leftover cheeses this makes a delicious pizza.

Use our sourdough dough recipe to make the base.

You’ll need our Sourdough Starter for this.

Serves 4 - 10


  • 1kg Sourdough dough

  • 200g Mixed left over cheese - Cheddar and Stilton

  • 100g Cranberry sauce

  • 100g Bread sauce

  • 200g Left over turkey

  • 100g Garlic butter (Butter, garlic crushed and mixed together with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper)

  • Olive oil to drizzle on top

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Make your dough with our sourdough bread recipe

  2. Rest the dough for 1/2 hour after kneading for a minimum of 10 minutes. Be sure to keep the dough covered

  3. Now it's time to shape your dough. Roll the dough out, use between 250g and 100g depending on how large you like your pizzas

  4. Top with toppings of your choice. We think the ingredients here work really well, but this pizza is the perfect way to use up any tasty Christmas leftovers!

  5. Bake until golden brown
