Truffles Recipe

This is a great recipe to use up leftover cake, and you can also make it festive by using leftover Christmas cake.

Serves 20

Ingredients

  • 300g Chocolate brownie, or other cake

  • 50g melted chocolate

  • Splash of brandy

Method

  1. Blend the cake in a mixer.

  2. Add a splash of brandy and continue to mix for about a minute.

  3. Add the 50g of melted chocolate and blend until combined.

  4. Roll into about 20 truffles.

  5. Decorate as desired. We like to drizzle with melted white chocolate, or dust with cocoa powder.
