Spiced Hot Chocolate Recipe
190g soya milk
2tsp light brown sugar
50g Manjari chocolate
1 star anise
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp cassis
Heat the soya with the cinnamon and star anise.
In another bowl, mix together the light brown sugar, cocoa and chocolate.
When the milk is approaching the boil pour it over the dry ingredients, stirring until melted.
Warm slightly in the pan if you need.
