The Sherston, great example of the values we hold... "It takes time".

Do you have a favourite bread to eat?

Fig & Walnut, beautiful flavour & a great example of the artisy of the craft.Any one of our Sourdoughs, gives me the opportunity to tell our stories.

What is the best thing about your job?

People's response to our breads, delight. The people I meet and the versatility of their bread needs.
