Nico the BBQ king, always happy to serve and cook you your morning bacon buttie. Local lad Paul, whose sausages are epic. And of course Joe, the best looking Scotch egg machine around.
With a whole background team of support, we make up a right motley crew, but we all share a similar vision and passion to make this butchery the best it can be.
