"Hobbs House isn’t just a business; it’s become a phrase in its own right meaning ‘real food, made by passionate devotees’.  And their bistro chef, Anthony Smith, is right on message.  Like everyone at Hobbs, he knows that food staples should be valued: and, like the rest of the team, he takes huge pleasure and pride in showing the world just how good they can be. Everything in the bistro is cooked from scratch, using the very best of ingredients, which add up to a true celebration of British food".
