Welcome
We are Henry and Jess Herbert, and we are delighted to have taken on the running of this fantastic Family Butchery. I am a qualified chef, and over the last few years I have grown increasingly passionate about meat. My family run Hobbs House Bakery and when I learnt that this butchery might close we jumped at the opportunity of becoming butchers, gave up our jobs and life in London and moved home to start a new life. The Nelsons have been very supportive in getting us started and Alan has stayed on. We hope you will too, and if you can recommend us to friends and family that would be brilliant.
We are really keen to preserve the many wonderful things that make this such a High Quality Butchery and find fresh ways of being relevant on a changing High Street.
