Mocha Tart Recipe

Serves one tart
300g dark chocolate, melted
250g double cream
2 double shots espresso
100g caster sugar
Bring milk and cream to the boil and remove from the heat.
Add the espresso to the chocolate and whisk in the cream and milk.
Beat eggs and sugar together, add a small amount to the chocolate mix, then return all to the egg mix.
Pour into cases and bake until slightly wobbly, at about 165c.
