Salted Caramel Truffles Recipe

Serves one batch
200g unsalted butter
200g soft light brown sugar
200g double cream
200g dark chocolate
1tsp sea salt
In a pan, melt the butter and sugar and bring to a simmer, add the cream and bring back to a simmer for 2-3 mins.
Take off the heat and add the salt and chocolate, stir until melted.
Leave to cool and set before moulding into truffles.
