Salted Caramel Truffles Recipe

Chocoholic heaven!  Come on our Chocolate Workshop to refine your techniques and make this recipe with our cake experts.

Serves one batch


  • 200g unsalted butter

  • 200g soft light brown sugar

  • 200g double cream

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 1tsp sea salt


  1. In a pan, melt the butter and sugar and bring to a simmer, add the cream and bring back to a simmer for 2-3 mins.

  2. Take off the heat and add the salt and chocolate, stir until melted.

  3. Leave to cool and set before moulding into truffles.
