Who are we– Hobbs House Bakeryis an exciting, 5th generation artisan bakery with 4 shops across the Cotswolds and a thriving wholesale network. Hobbs House Bakery has experienced massive growth over the last couple of years due to the quality of our offering. Handmade bread for everyone is our mantra –from the iconic Sherston to sourdoughs and spelt loaves, brioche, croissants and our award winning gluten free loaf, our product range is as diverse as our team. We love food and educating our customers on the importance of real bread is at the heart of our business.
The role -The afternoon shift prepares a wide range of products including overnight doughs, artisan breads and roll production. There is a significant amount of hand moulding and oven work undertaken and you would be expected to be able to work as part of the team on multiple tasks. Attitude is more important than experience and whilst ideally we are looking for a proven baker we can offer full training with a development pathway.
Working hours are Sunday (8am-4pm) and Monday to Friday 11am-7pm. (Day off Weds)
The salary offered will be competitive and depend on experience.
