The role

We are seeking a Cookery School Assistant to assist the cookery school tutors when delivering a variety of classes. You will greet attendees on arrival and produce refreshments - including lunches - to the company standard. 

Part Time - 15 hours per week to include Saturdays.

 

Duties will include –

  • Welcome attendees and provide refreshments where appropriate.
  • Help set up courses in a timely manner.
  • Clearing cookery school rooms and washing up.
  • Helping to maintain standards set in the school regarding cleanliness.
  • Keep work area clean and tidy, including any equipment used.
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining stock levels, including items available from the ‘School Shop’.
  • Maintain stock rotation and reduce waste where possible.
  • Work effectively, efficiently and be responsible for your own time management.
  • To undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line managers.
