The role -We are creating a new role within the Despatch team as a Team Leader to support our recent growth.
In essence this role will organise the afternoon shift as they start to slice, wrap and pack and will set up for the evening packing team.
A key part of the role will be to handle the frozen orders that we receive. This will entail receiving orders directly from our customers, assessing the viability and negotiating a delivery date, organising the transport and resolving any delivery queries.
The successful person will be flexible and hard working with the ability to deliver consistent, high quality work with good attention to detail. Attitude is more important than experience. A driving licence is essential and a fork lift licence desirable.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm.
The salary offered will be competitive and depend on experience.
