Our story
We are a fifth generation family business that has been baking the finest bread, cakes and pastries since 1920. Throughout the last 100 years we have been committed to being the very best for our people, communities and environment. We are the only British bakery to be a Certified B Corporation which means that we use our business as a force for good. B Corps are a global community that put people and the planet first.
 
Our delicious, handmade products are enjoyed in our five shops and right across the South West and beyond. Find them in farm shops, delis, restaurants and cafes. Our bakery
We are a friendly and busy bakery making a wide range of artisan sourdoughs, overnight doughs, rolls, and speciality bread; many of which are award winning. Our confectionary team make a wide range of delicious loaf cakes, tray bakes and pastries.

Role 1 Evening Packer/Driver

The evening shift takes our lovely bakery products and transforms them to the customers specific requirements. This role is a real mixture between order picking, packing and delivering.

On the Tuesday you will be responsible for the packing, loading, delivering and unloading of the order to one of our major wholesale customers as well as providing sickness and holiday cover for the rest of the week. The rest of the week the role will be focused on the slicing, picking and packing elements.

You will be part of a close knit team and the successful person will be very hands on, flexible and hard working with the ability to deliver consistent, high quality work with good attention to detail. Attitude is more important than experience, although experience of driving a delivery van would be advantageous.

Sunday to Friday (Night off Weds) 6pm -2am (37.5 hours).

Role 2 Delivery Driver

Our delivery drivers are responsible for delivering our freshly baked goods. The first part of your day will be spent loading the vehicle before setting out for a diverse range of customers. You will be part of a close knit team and the successful person will be very hands on, flexible and hard working with the ability to deliver consistent, high quality work with good attention to detail. Attitude is more important than experience, although experience of driving a delivery van would be advantageous.

Monday to Saturday (Day off Tuesday) 3am-11am (37.5 hours)
