Hobbs House Bakery is a fifth generation family bakery. With four shops across the Cotswolds and a lively, busy and expanding bakery in Chipping Sodbury. We are a great place to work.

This role is based in our offices above our bakery in the market town of Chipping Sodbury.
Wholesale – we deliver across Bristol and surrounding areas our extensive handmade artisan products for our customers to use and retail

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator – Full Time
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday (some Bank Holidays will be required).
The key task of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service to wholesale, retail and online customers, and be proactive in increasing sales. You will provide support to existing and potential new customers and actively encourage growth in these areas. You will be part of a small team supporting the field representatives and report to the Sales Office Manager.
The successful candidate will need to be experienced, professional, confident and with an eye for detail and consistency.
Key responsibilities include;

  • Customer service to wholesale, retail and online customers via telephone, email and possible face to face
  • Taking and processing orders accurately 
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Knowledge of our products (training provided)
  • To work with colleagues looking to support and contribute towards the Hobbs House Bakery mission ‘Handmade bread for everyone’

We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience of a telesales environment and are looking to join an expanding bakery.
