Easter Biscuits: We believe our Easter Biscuits are the best you’ll taste. The addition of currants gives a lovely bit of texture and a drop of the extraordinary and aromatic oil of cassia make them a real delicacy. These biscuits are the quintessential taste of Easter.
Milk Loaf: This sweet, light and airy loaf is the perfect addition to the breakfast table. A lovely alternative to a brioche without the butter. We like to use this loaf for French Toast or with scrambled eggs, it's equally enjoyable lightly toasted. We developed our recipe for the Milk Loaf in a community project with Gloucester Services.
