    • The Organic Bread Box is a brilliant way to taste the variety of breads we bake whilst all being Organically certified.

      Organic White: The organic version of our beloved Sherston loaf.The overnight dough is made with a minimum amount of yeast and left overnight to ferment for over 8 hours.

      Organic Light Rye Sourdough: crowned the Best Of Organic Bakery in the BOOM Awards 2021 our light rye ismade using just three ingredients, rye, water and salt. Organic and made using a light rye. Free from processed wheat, yeast and dairy, this rye sourdough bread is much gentler on your tummy.

      Organic Seeded Wild White:We’ve taken our classic Organic Wild White Sourdough and packed it with a blend of nutritious seeds, giving a nutty flavour and a crunchy, chewy crust. This takes its name from the wild, natural yeasts in the sourdough starter used to rise all of our sourdough loaves.

      Organic Seeded Wild White: Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron and Thiamine), Water, Organic Dark Rye Flour, Organic Golden Linseed, Organic Millet Seeds, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Fine Sea Salt, Organic Poppy Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds.
