6x Brioche


Our Brioche is a  beautiful, delicious and authentic all butter Brioche.

This handmade loaf has been slowly risen for 16 hours for great flavour and texture. Toasted it is divine.

A great weekend loaf, many of our customers like to enjoy our Brioche as a rich tasting yet lightweight bread. We like it hot, toasted with butter and lemon curd and a strong black coffee.

Our brioche also comes in our luxury bread box.

We have a great recipe for any leftover Brioche, Rhubarb Pain Perdu, a real treat and perfect for our brilliant British Rhubarb.


  • White Flour
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Free Range Egg
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Yeast
  • Salt.


Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 12 months.

Thaw Loaves for 2-4 hours and Rolls for 1-2 hours at an ambient temperature.

Shelf Life

Will keep up to 5 days from delivery stored in a cool dry place between 8° and 14°.
