      Easter Biscuits: We believe our Easter Biscuits are the best you’ll taste. The addition of currants gives a lovely bit of texture and a drop of the extraordinary and aromatic oil of cassia make them a real delicacy. These biscuits are the quintessential taste of Easter.

      Milk Loaf: This sweet, light and airy loaf is the perfect addition to the breakfast table. A lovely alternative to a brioche without the butter. We like to use this loaf for French Toast or with scrambled eggs, it's equally enjoyable lightly toasted. We developed our recipe for the Milk Loaf in a community project with Gloucester Services.

      Hot Cross Buns x6: Pillowy soft and beautifully spiced buns. This much loved seasonal treat is finished with a hand piped Easter cross on top and a sweet sticky spiced glaze. Now suitable for Vegans.

      Chocolate Sourdough: This loaf is packed full of dark chocolate chunks and cocoa, making it the perfect combination of sweet and savoury.Made with our 68 year old sourdough starter. This loaf is delicious toasted with a generous helping of butter..

      Seeded Wild White Sourdough: Our classic White Sourdough packed with a blend of nutritious seeds, giving a nutty flavour and a crunchy, chewy crust. Baked with regeneratively farmed flour.
