Vegan Chocolate Cake


Our Vegan Chocolate Cake is absolutely delicious. For any chocolate cake fan out there.

A moist, dark chocolate sponge with a rich creamy topping. A last sprinkling of pistachios adds a beautiful nuttiness to the flavour. We use Valrhona cocoa powder to add a deep, dark chocolate taste which contrasts beautifully with the velvety frosting.

Our Vegan Chocolate Cake is baked in a lovely reed panebois creating an uniquely rustic look. The cake can be sliced into 6 slices, or if being shared around - it can be cut into 18 little taster fingers.

The vegan sponge is able to last longer than a traditional sponge due to the great oils used in baking, giving the Cake a brilliant shelf life and a lovely springy texture.Forget all those dry sponges you might have tasted in the past, this Vegan Chocolate Cake is moist and rich without being overpowering, and has become a real favorite in the office already.
