x6 Organic Seeded Sourdough


Our new loaf is bursting with nutritious seeds and sourdough tang. Baked with organic ‘ancient grains’ from Kamut® flour, our new sourdough has a soft crumb with a crisp crust.


    Water, Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Organic Khorasan Flour (Gluten), White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Organic Golden Linseed, Organic Millet, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Poppy Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Salt, Organic Rye Flour, Wafer Paper [Potato Starch, Water, Olive Oil, Maltodextrin, Colour: Iron Oxides]


      Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 12 months

      Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature (or left overnight bagged in a refrigerator) We recommend that you bake off at 180° – 200°c for 5 minutes to enliven the crust.

      Shelf Life

      Will keep up to 5 days from delivery stored in a cool dry place.
