Macaroon course coming soon

We’re currently in the process of developing a macaroon course for all to enjoy.  Anyone who knows anything about these tasty morsels will know that there are a mind boggling amount of methods and recipes to wade through before embarking on a macaroon making mission.

Here at Hobbs House Bakery we are developing a perfect method so that baking macaroon need not be tricky at all. We’re practising to make sure our macaroons are shiny and delicious; with a crunch to the outside and a soft gooey centre. And most importantly have the sought after ‘feet’ that are required for a stunning macaroon! If you want to learn the techniques for the perfect macaroon to impress friends at your next dinner party, or you would like to show off your skills with these tasty treats at a summer picnic keep an eye out for our new course dates.
