    • Get the best flavour from your bread knowing it's good for you too.

This intermediate bread making course is perfect for those looking to take their bread making skills to the next level, whether you have been on our Beginner Bread Making course or have some alternative experience under your belt.

"I learnt a huge amount and got lots of hands on experience with a brilliant course leader."

We aim to help you have a greater understanding of how subtle changes can affect your bread allowing you to include delicious home baked bread in a busy life.

The emphasis of the day will be on building confidence using a range of flours including spelt as well as introducing pre-ferments and the no knead. We will be adapting basic dough recipes with additions such as fruit, nuts and seed soakers. There will be plenty of opportunity for working with a variety of doughs as well as practice with shaping and scoring for that extra professional finish.

You’ll take home a bag of your freshly baked bread to share with family and friends as well as a wealth of knowledge to help you continue on your journey of discovery.
