We are a fifth-generation family bakery using our heritage and classic recipes to make exceptional bread. All of our bread is handmade daily by our skilled bakers, we use overnight methods and our 64 year old sourdough starter to give our bread a difference you can taste delivered with excellent customer service. We offer the quality of a small batch producer but the consistency and customer service of a large scale brand.

We have successful partnerships with a wide variety of businesses ranging from award winning farm shops, wholefood retail stores, school and office canteens, to catering groups, hotels, restaurants and village shops.

Our freshly baked bread is dispatched from Chipping Sodbury every morning, using our own vans and drivers we deliver this within a 40 mile radius. If you are based further away, we work with many other likeminded food service providers that should be able to get our bread to you.
We deliver our fresh bread six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
If you place an order by 1.30pm you will be able to receive our freshly baked goods the very next day.
We want to make ordering as easy as possible, you can call or email with your order or you can set up a regular daily order. We love to speak to our customers, we can give you a call at an agreed time each day to place your order.
Minimum delivery terms do apply depending on your location.

Yes, we freeze a comprehensive range of our products fresh from the oven so that customers can enjoy our delicious bread and baked goods at their very best when you need them. Download our Frozen Product Guide here.
We blast freeze our bread as soon as it has cooled out of the oven to ensure that you receive the freshest possible products. It enables you the convenience to manage your stock levels whilst reducing food waste.
Our frozen deliveries take place 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. We will deliver to you once per week, the exact day to be confirmed with you.
Please place your order before midday to receive it in 3 days time.
We are still baking and our online offering is open for business. Due to the increased demand during this time we have had set up an additional delivery on Thursdays, along with some amended cut off times below:

We are not delivering on Good Friday (10th April), but we have set up a delivery for Thursday 9th April.
We use Priority Express as our main courier service. Our aim is for you to receive your items as safely and securely as possible and we use Priority Express to help us with this.
The couriers deliver anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm on your chosen delivery date although are generally delivered before 4.00pm. If you supply an email address, you will be able to live track your package via Priority Express' updates. Wednesdays and Fridays as our designated delivery days.
Orders can only be taken up to noon on Monday for Wednesday delivery and noon on Wednesday for Friday delivery, just in time for the weekend.
Delivery is an overnight service, however anything outside of Mainland Scotland will take an additional 1-2 days and may incur an additional charge - for more details please contact us before placing your order. We class Monday - Friday as working days. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this calculation.
Please note that we do not supply outside of Mainland UK.
We will accept any cancelled orders (excluding courses/vouchers) or changes to delivery date if notified by 10.00am the day before delivery is due. Please contact our Sales Team on 01454 321629 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss anything with your order.
We want you to feel totally happy with your goods, so if you have any concerns or queries please get in touch with us. We are happy to replace items broken during transit or if the item does not meet your expectation. We must be notified within 14 days of arrival.
