We at Hobbs House Bakery want everyone to enjoy the taste of real bread. Based in the South West of England, our bread is available nationwide.
We use our heritage and classic recipes to make exceptional bread and confectionery by hand, everyday.
Our business ranges from sourcing, producing and retail and in each case we strive to minimise our impact on the environment. We only source sustainable and traceable ingredients and we only make what has been ordered to reduce energy usage and product waste.




We are proudly a 5th generation bakery, currently training up the next generation of bakers through our apprenticeship program. We use many of the same methods and classic recipes to this day.
Yes, the wholesale area of our business is entirely nut free.
Our bread is available nationally, either through our fleet of vans if you're based in the South West, or from our distributors. We deliver our fresh bread six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
We offer both fresh and frozen options to suit your business needs. Our frozen model is perfect for minimising waste and managing unpredictable demand.

Absolutely. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We were awarded the Kings' Award for Sustainable developmentand are proud to be a certified B Corp, which means we meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance.
Many of our products are made using organic or regenerative agriculture and by 2032, all our flour will be from these sources.
Yes. Our famous GiFt loaf is an approved gluten free loaf, and the majority of our breads are vegan.
