We currently supply to Mainland UK only. Delivery is an overnight service, however anything outside of Mainland England and Scotland will take an additional 1-2 working days and may incur an additional charge - for more details please contact us before placing your order. We always send your orders out for next day delivery to ensure your products are as fresh as possible. All orders are delivered with our courier APC who deliver between 8am and 6pm. They will send you an email or text confirming when they will deliver. If you haven’t received your order on the day you expected, get in contact with us on the following day.
Orders for Tuesday delivery cut off on the previous Thursday at 12pm midday.
Orders for Wednesday delivery cut off on the previous Friday at 12pm midday.
Orders for Thursday delivery cut off on the previous Sunday at 12pm midday.
Orders for Friday delivery cut off on the previous Wednesday at 8am.
Our standard rate for postage rate is £5.75, this rate may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
We've introduced a £7.75 shipping rate for our new Bake At Home range, which allows us to ship your order to you in environmentally-friendly insulated packaging.
Due to the large amount of orders being placed at this time, we are unfortunately not able to process gift messages.
Our minimum order is £10.
Unfortunately due to the increased demand we are unable to make changes to your orders. This includes adding or removing products and cancelling.
Freezing your bread is a great way to stay fully stocked. Our bread stays fresh when stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Check out our handy guide on how to freeze our bread.
If we don’t have the correct items for your order, we will try to substitute with a suitable alternative or will refund that item. If you are missing something from your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you think you have received the wrong order please let us know.
We want you to feel totally happy with your goods, so if you have any concerns or queries please get in touch with us. We are happy to replace items broken during transit or if the item does not meet your expectation. We must be notified within 14 days of arrival.

We will accept the return of non-perishable items, such as baking equipment providing you pay postage for the return delivery. We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as bread and Sourdough Starters. Please include your name and order number in the returned parcel. When we receive the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding postage charges). To arrange the return of an item, please get in touch.
