We encourage the use of photography in the workshops. We ask that you take into account the preference and privacy of the other students. Please do not disturb other guests with excessive phone use, we also ask that any videoing be kept to a minimum. We will often take photographs on the day at our courses which will be posted on Instagram, Twitter, Flickr and Facebook, please let us know if you would rather not be included. If you want to join in the conversation, like us on Facebook or look for us on Instagram and Twitter.
Once you have booked a course with us you will receive confirmation of your order by email along with specific information about the running of the day. If you have purchased this as a gift for someone then please pass this on to them.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a course by Hobbs House School, we will fully refund you or offer a swap to another course. We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.
Amendments to bookings can be made up to 28 days before the start of the course; we will happily swap you to a different course if you change your mind before this time. The course fee will only be refunded if we fill your space on the course. Each case will be considered individually.

You will be given a full housekeeping overview at the beginning of your course, which will include information on the nearest fire exits, kitchen standards and toilets. We ask all attendees to wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes as well as practical clothing. We will provide aprons. Hobbs House School and Bakery is a non-smoking building.
Please let us know two weeks in advance, if you have any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We cannot guarantee that course content will be altered for specific requirements.
If you need to speak to us on the day of the course please call the school direct, which is situated above our shop in Chipping Sodbury on 01454 317525. No refund will be given for non-attendance due to illness.
Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. We also provide refreshments throughout the day. Please check individual course details for more specific information.
Unless otherwise stated in the course details, the classes are not suitable for children and can only be attended by people over the age of 16.
We reserve the right to make amendments to any workshop or masterclass content and recipes without notice.
Hobbs House Bakery reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask a person to leave should we consider their behaviour unacceptable, or disruptive to other attendees
We use Priority Express as our main courier service. For smaller and our through the letterbox range, we use Royal Mail. Our aim is for you to receive your items as safely and securely as possible and we use Priority Express to help us with this.
The couriers deliver anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm on your chosen delivery date although are generally delivered before 4.00pm. If you supply an email address, you will be able to live track your package via Priority Express' updates. Wednesdays and Fridays as our designated delivery days.
Orders can only be taken up to noon on Monday for Wednesday delivery and noon on Wednesday for Friday delivery, just in time for the weekend.
Delivery is an overnight service, however anything outside of Mainland Scotland will take an additional 1-2 days and may incur an additional charge - for more details please contact us before placing your order. We class Monday - Friday as working days. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this calculation.
Please note that we do not supply outside of Mainland UK.
We will accept any cancelled orders (excluding courses/vouchers) or changes to delivery date if notified by 10.00am the day before delivery is due. Please contact our Sales Team on 01454 321629 or by email email@example.com to discuss anything with your order.
We want you to feel totally happy with your goods, so if you have any concerns or queries please get in touch with us. We are happy to replace items broken during transit or if the item does not meet your expectation. We must be notified within 14 days of arrival.
