25 years, I started working with 3 other bakers in the small building that is Mrs G's Café opposite the bakery.
What hours do you work?
8-4 now, I did 20 years of night.
What is your favourite product to make?
I like them all.
And what is the worst thing to make?
Light Rye, it's really messy and sticky.
Do you have a favourite bread to eat?
Pain de Campagne, ideally as a bacon sandwich.
What is the best thing about your job?
The satisfaction of seeing great products coming out of the oven.
