Hobbs House Butchery were rained with awards at the BPEX Regional Roadshows 2013-2014 for pork product excellence. Not only did we win the Gold award for our smoked back bacon, but also Joe won the Bronze award as Young Sausage Maker. Congratulations to the Butchery team for their wonderful work.
