Our organic flour is sourced from our local mill, Shipton Mill.

Our Wild Buns are baked with an enriched dough and finished with the shiniest egg glaze. Made with regeneratively farmed wheat to ensure the future of farming is sustainable and protects our wildlife.

Organic Seeded Wild White
We’ve taken our classic Wild White Sourdough and packed it with a blend of nutritious seeds, giving a nutty flavour and a crunchy, chewy crust. This takes its name from the wild, natural yeasts in the sourdough starter used to rise all of our sourdough loaves.
