If you've been watching the Fabulous Baker Brothers on More4 these last three weeks, you will have seen them working their magic on a Tower of London restaurant with a London Pea Souper recipe.
Capturing the nostalgic smog of peas and iconic local delicacy, smoked eel, in a bowl of bread, Tom and Henry created a delicious starter that will feature on the menu at Hobbs House Bistro this weekend.
