Method
- Line 10 or 11inch cake tin with silicon paper and place 6 cinnamon buns around the outside with a ramekin or 4inch tart case in the middle to create a well for your dipping sauce.
- Cover with a plastic bag and leave to prove over night.
- Remove the plastic bag and egg wash before putting in the for 15—20 mins at 175 degrees.
- Once baked brush with warm apricot jam or cinnamon sugar syrup, decorate.
