    How To Bake Our Cinnamon Bun Wreath

    Method

    1. Line 10 or 11 inch cake tin with silicon paper and place 6 cinnamon buns around the outside with a ramekin or 4 inch tart case in the middle to create a well for your dipping sauce.
    2. Cover with a plastic bag and leave to prove overnight.
    3. Remove the plastic bag and egg wash before putting in the for 15–20 mins at 175 degrees.
    4. Once baked, brush with warm apricot jam or cinnamon sugar syrup, decorate.
