    Sales Development and Account Executive

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service at all times to our customers and potential customers.
    • Answer and deal with all phone calls professionally and with a friendly manner.
    • Process all customer orders via hone, email and online accurately and to timescales.
    • Identify and feedback any customer concerns and follow up and manage all customer queries with orders.
    • Schedule regular conversations with customers either via phone/email or face to face, keeping a log of next steps and actions taken. Review and monitor customer sales, and the progress of new accounts, to understand ordering patterns and targets, and to log reasons for lost sales and accounts. Report to Sales Manager at agreed regular intervals.
    • Liaise with marketing team to provide relevant point of sale material to customers, ensuring that it is being used effectively.
    • Liaise with relevant departments (production, despatch) to ensure smooth communication internally, as well as externally (eg - liaising with despatch regarding frozen order scheduling and relaying this information back to the customer).
    • Obtain fully, all information relating to new customer enquiries before furthering enquiry with Despatch, Finance etc, or passing on to relevant wholesaler, or passing on to Sales Account Manager.
    • Process all sales administration (end of day production figures, credit notes, invoices etc) accurately and to timescales.
    • Be fully engaged with the launch of new products and promotions - complete sales related tasks on Product Launch Schedule to deadlines, and actively promote and upsell products, including seasonal products.
    • Produce sales reports as required, ensuring to keep Cybake updated by maintaining new product and new customer categories to add into these reports.
    • Attend any meetings as required.
    • Any other task that may be reasonably demanded from time to time
