Our Bread Bin Essentials box contains a variety of 3 tasty breads:
Sherston: The everyday best seller is our Sherston Loaf. We mix the dough in the afternoon and leave it slowly to ferment overnight to bring out its full flavour and character. One of our most popular loaves, making the best toast in the world.
Organic Wild White Sourdough: The Wild White Sourdough is a mouthwatering Sourdough bread with a tasty crust. This loaf takes its name from the wild yeasts within the Sourdough with which the dough is raised.
Organic Wholemeal:Our Organic Wholemeal Bread, winner of the Organic Loaf of the year in 1998, and still just as good today as it was then.
This soft, moist, and beautifully flavoured loaf is made slowly, using stoneground flour and only a tiny amount of yeast.
