    • We’ve taken our classic Wild White Sourdough and packed it with a blend of nutritious seeds, giving a nutty flavour and a crunchy, chewy crust. This takes its name from the wild, natural yeasts in the sourdough starter used to rise all of our sourdough loaves.

      Now made with 100% Regenerative Wildfarmed flour to support a sustainable future.

    • Freezing

      Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 12 months.

      Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature (or left overnight bagged in a refrigerator) We recommend that you bake off at 180° – 200°c for 5 minutes to enliven the crust.

      Will keep up to 5 days from delivery stored in a cool dry place.
