Our bread boss George looks after the business as a whole. Responsible for steering the business in line with our company values, George has been instrumental in achieving positive change and gaining our B Corp accreditation.

Known for his bounding energy, enthusiasm for people and good food, Henry takes care of the bakery's wholesale operation.
With a rich background in cooking and baking, from training and working as a chef in London, to his role in the tv show The Fabulous Baker Brothers, Henry brings a wealth of experience and insight to our team.
Working as a baker since a young age, Sam knows the bread business inside out. As our commercial director, Sam ensures that we know the provenance of all that we buy.

Andy joined Hobbs House Bakery in 2015 with a wealth of experience in production and operations in food manufacturing and a PhD in Chemistry.
His understanding of a diverse mix of food businesses and how they grow coupled with a love of people and processes has helped to bring a longer-term strategic view to operations at Hobbs House Bakery.
As our fourth generation baker, with a lifetime of experience Trevor brings wisdom to us all.
