This is the Bread Tin we use ourselves in the Bakery to rise our tin loaves.
Professional quality aluminised steel, makes them exceptionally hard wearing and will give you a lifetime of use. We use ours to bake our top selling Sherston loaf , Organic Wholemeal Bread and Seeded Spelt Bread.
Available in 2 sizes; The small is perfect for a pint sized 400g loaf and the large for an 800g loaf.
Grease your tin before use with oil or fat to stop dough sticking. There is no need to wash your Bread Tin, it will become blackened over time, helping to conduct the heat and lasting far longer than non-stick tins.
