    • Enjoy authentic Italian style pizza at home. Made with just flour, water and salt; the sourdough starter gives a delicious depth of flavour.

      Please Note: our Sourdough Pizza Balls are handcrafted fresh and sent to you frozen by a next day delivery service. Don't worry if they arrive partially thawed, they can be safely refrozen to enjoy whenever you please!

      To make sure that they arrive to you still frozen, we use 100% recyclable pouches lined with bio degradable sheep’s wool and ice packs made from Bio-Marine Content, this has a five times lower carbon footprint than regular plastic. Our postage cost is slightly higher for the Bake At Home range compared to our other products due to packaging needed to keep things frozen.

    • Enjoy Perfect Pizza in just 3 Steps

      1. Defrost: Remove the dough ball from the freezer and place on a tray. Cover with baking parchment or our sustainable Beeswax Wrap and defrost overnight in the fridge or 4 hours at room temperature.
      2. Rise: Leave to rise at room temperature for 2 hours. When risen the dough will be super soft and stretchy.
      3. Cook: Pre-heat your oven to 250˚C/Gas Mark 9 (or as hot as your oven will go). Using flour (ideally semolina) and your fingers, flatten the dough into a disk. Pick the dough up, then rotate and stretch until you have a 12” pizza. Top with your favourite topping and bake 4 - 10 mins until golden, crisp and delicious.

      Keep frozen at -18˚C or below. When stored in the freezer this product will last for 6 Months.
