Made with spelt flour, a flour which is low in gluten and high in fibre and vitamins. We suggest this loaf to our customers who are interested in the health benefits that spelt breads provide.
A fascinating flour; Spelt was first developed over 9000 years ago and can be identified throughout history right up to modern day breads like ours. Known as the "marching flour" by the roman armies, it is a great loaf to start the day with.

Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 12 months.
Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature. We recommend that you bake off at 180° – 200°c for 5 minutes to enliven the crust.
