St Martin Sourdough Bread

Using a two day method, this St Martin Sourdough Bread has a wonderfully soft and chewy texture. With a flavoursome crust, this loaf will keep for ages.

Weighing in at an impressive 1.25 kgs, this substantial loaf will keep you going all week. Known in our bakery and shops as the St Martin Sourdough, our baker Marytn developed this gorgeous loaf in 2014 and we have become very fond on this mighty sourdough.

Our St Martin Sourdough Bread is beautiful looking and the size and cross hatch pattern create a truly stand out loaf. Perfect for the centre of the table.

A great daily bread, perfect for sandwiches, toasties and served with a meal. Use our white sourdough bread in our Autumn Panzanella Salad recipe, tasty all year around.

We have many other sourdough breads available, why not try our Rye Sourdough Bread, an award winning wheat, yeast and dairy free loaf.
