Patisserie Chef - Tetbury
Location: Church Street, Tetbury
Hours: part-time - working 3 days a week
- We are looking for a positive and innovative Patisserie Chef to join our team in our Tetbury Shop, to produce a plentiful display of Hobbs House cakes and Patisserie products within our shops.
The successful candidate will ideally have a love of patisserie, be professional, experienced, confident and with an eye for detail and consistency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing and managing the quantity of cakes and patisserie according to recipes in both shops to ensure a plentiful display whilst minimising wastage.
- Ensuring all health and safety and food safety guidelines are followed.
- Ordering and managing stock.
- To follow the correct recipes and produce a product to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean working area.
