Andy joined Hobbs House Bakery in 2015. He came to us with a wealth of experience of production and operations in food manufacturing and a PhD in Chemistry. His understanding of a diverse mix of food businesses and how they grow coupled with a love of people and processes has helped to bring a longer-term strategic view to operations at Hobbs House Bakery. His determination and love of climbing meant that Andy quickly rose to become Operations Director and he will be helping Hobbs House Bakery scale new heights.
