British Organic spelt flour shortage

On Monday 17th March we didn’t receive our usual organic spelt flour order from Shipton Mill, there was no notice of this and there is no organic spelt flour until early April.

We understand this to be a nationwide problem.  This is really disappointing and totally unexpected and we apologise if you have been let down. We will continue to be making our 5 seed spelt loaf and would recommend you try this cracking bread made with 100% spelt flour.
