The Classic: Sherston

Sometimes, you just can't beat a fluffy white loaf for your sandwich. Winner of Britain's Best White Loaf 2026, this loaf is a Hobbs classic with our recipe having been passed down through the generations.

Made using only five ingredients, we wanted to make sure that all our loaves are made with simple, recognisable ingredients to ensure that everyone has access to better bread.

The Everyday Hero: Everyday Harvest

This loaf is the perfect choice for kids' sandwiches and busy families. In a world full of overly processed foods, this loaf is made with only the essential ingredients to make a wholesome loaf.

This loaf makes the ultimate cheese and ham sandwich!

The Big One: Large White Sourdough

Our Large White Sourdough is the biggest loaf we make, weighing in at a mighty 1.8kg! With plenty of slices, this loaf is a great choice for catering and sharing.

All our sourdough loaves are made with our 71-year-old sourdough starter to give them an airy texture and flavoursome crust. This loaf can handle some seriously good flavour combos.

The Toastie Champion: St Martin Sourdough

Proved for 14 hours, our St Martin Sourdough has the strength to hold up against your favourite sandwich fillings whilst also having our signature sourdough flavour. Whilst this loaf makes a great sandwich, it really shines when used to make a melty cheese toastie. A great option as the weather gets colder and we head into autumn.

The Showstopper: Genoa Foaccia

We've taken a traditional focaccia and added in our 71-year-old sourdough starter to create this delicious loaf. We have been loving using it for our gourmet sandwiches over the summer. With its airy texture and golden crust, this focaccia has a way of taking even simple sandwiches to the next level.

Over the summer, we have been enjoying using bold flavours inspired by the Mediterranean and are looking forward to exploring more seasonal combinations for our fillings this autumn.
