      Please Note: our Cinnamon Buns are handcrafted fresh and sent to you frozen by a next day delivery service. Don't worry if they arrive partially thawed, they can be safely refrozen to enjoy whenever you please!

      To make sure that they arrive to you still frozen, we use 100% recyclable pouches lined with bio degradable sheep’s wool and ice packs made from Bio-Marine Content, this has a five times lower carbon footprint than regular plastic. Our postage cost is slightly higher for the Bake At Home range compared to our other products due to packaging needed to keep things frozen.

    • Enjoy Perfect Pastries in just 3 Steps

      1. To defrost remove from the freezer, place on a tray and cover with baking parchment or our sustainable Beeswax Wrap.
      2. Rise at room temperature overnight until doubled in size.
      3. Glaze with a beaten egg and bake at 180°C or Gas Mark 5 (170°C fan oven) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

      We think our Cinnamon Buns are best enjoyed with a topping of cinnamon sugar. Simply combine some ground Cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and roll the buns around the boll whilst they are still warm.


      Keep frozen at -18˚C or below. When stored in the freezer this product will last for 6 Months.
