Last week, we took some of our loaves to the Britain’s Best Loaf competition in Birmingham. While we were incredibly excited to learn that our Sherston Loaf won Britain’s Best White Loaf on the day, we were even more thrilled to find out that not one, but two more loaves were acknowledged during the awards.

We decided to enter our Genoa Focaccia, a new product that we only introduced into our range last spring. While we have always made a sea salt and rosemary focaccia, over the last couple of years we have seen a rise in customers requesting a plain sea salt sourdough focaccia for their loaded gourmet sandwiches. Enter the Genoa Focaccia! Made with our 70-year-old sourdough starter, it has a traditional light and bubbly texture, bringing Mediterranean vibes to your sandwiches and menus.

One thing we’ve always been proud of is our commitment to making bread that not only tastes good but is also packed full of goodness. Our Organic 5 Seed Spelt is our super loaf – high in fibre and a source of protein. It’s a great option for those looking for a more health-conscious choice when it comes to their bread.
